Corporate Development Manager

Summary

Join Figma's Corporate Development & Strategy team as a full-time employee, contributing to long-term company-wide investment initiatives. This role involves building the corporate development deal pipeline, supporting deal execution, understanding the competitive landscape, and conducting market research to identify acquisition opportunities. The position requires 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate development or investment banking, strong communication and financial modeling skills, and the ability to manage complex processes. Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking or related fields
• Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion

Responsibilities

• Build the corporate development deal pipeline, including outreach to and sourcing of new opportunities
• Support all aspects of deal execution including financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and coordination of cross-functional teams
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and help build relationships with key players in the industry (e.g. VCs, companies, founders, etc.)
• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and work with senior team members to develop strategies and identify acquisition opportunities that help shape company and product strategy
