Summary

Responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, managing the sales cycle, conducting targeted outreach campaigns, collaborating with marketing and SDR teams, accurate CRM management, and representing the company at events. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of business development experience, corporate account management experience, and full-cycle sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. The position is permanent, full-time, remote, and offers flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Experience handling / managing corporate accounts
  • Experience in full cycle of sales from prospecting to closing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use a combination of cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries to build a robust pipeline of prospects within your assigned market segment
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying leads to delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Move prospects through the pipeline and maintain an active CRM log for each opportunity
  • Targeted Outreach Campaigns: Utilize company’s proprietary data and market insights to target companies that will benefit most from our platform, focusing on Gen-Z recruitment solutions. Tailor your approach to each customer based on their unique needs and challenges
  • Collaboration with Marketing & SDR Teams: Work closely with the SDR team to receive qualified leads and help develop targeted campaigns with the marketing team to drive top-of-funnel activity
  • Accurate CRM Management: Ensure that all leads and activities are logged in Zoho CRM accurately, providing clear data for forecasting and tracking pipeline velocity
  • Represent Company at Events: Attend industry conferences and events to showcase our platform,network with decision-makers, and generate new leads

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge in using CRM software – It is advantageous, but the client can provide training if needed

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM AEST (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine time) – including the 1-hour lunch break
