Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity or other related fields
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, and a sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building effective relationships across diverse teams and functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a capacity to clearly present complex financial information
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of AI infrastructure business models
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our consolidated financial model and cash flow. Ensure rigorous analysis and accuracy
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and narratives for executive-level, Board of Directors presentations, investor updates, standard monthly and quarterly close reports, and detailed annual budgeting documents, ensuring clarity and strategic insights for key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with the FP&A, Accounting, Data & Analytics, and Corporate Development teams to enhance the quality of reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with the CFO, other C-suite executives, and the Corporate Development team on high-impact projects, including large-scale capital markets initiatives and fundraising strategies. Provide financial insights and analysis to support critical business decisions
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational success. Regularly report on KPI performance to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
