Summary
Join Impossible Foods, a company dedicated to transforming the global food system, as a Finance Business Partner for Corporate Functions. In this critical role, you will manage corporate operating expense budgets, drive financial planning, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will oversee financial consolidation, develop financial models, and lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in the CPG industry. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise are essential. The role offers a competitive salary, equity, benefits, and a bonus for sales incentive plan roles.
Requirements
- Have a bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and/or relevant experience
- Have at least 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Possess strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and attention to detail
- Have a passion for the companyโs mission and impact
Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance business partner for corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Finance etc
- Manage corporate operating expenses (OPEX) budgets, developing annual budgets, and analyzing variances
- Own the financial consolidation process for close, forecast, and reporting cycles
- Oversee the Finance reporting and automation roadmap in collaboration with IT
- Develop and deploy financial models and reports to enhance efficiency and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with tools like SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, or similar financial reporting systems
- Be able to solve problems and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work independently and dive into projects
- Have a mindset for simplification and automation
