Summary

Join Pivot, a marketing and customer experience agency, as the Corporate Marketing Manager to drive lead generation for the sales team by developing and executing a comprehensive annual marketing plan that aligns with the company's sales and business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data entry applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, customer service, sales, training or another related field

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the creation of the annual Pivot marketing plan
  • Generate impactful content for multiple corporate marketing strategies, encompassing email outreach and other promotional platforms
  • Manage and coordinate all activities and processes associated with implementing lead generation and content marketing campaigns
  • Maintain corporate marketing processes and workflows
  • Deliver concise updates on marketing campaigns to the appropriate Pivot team members
  • Oversees and executes both internal and external communications strategies, including drafting and producing a variety of written materials
  • Manage marketing section of HubSpot CRM
  • Manage and coordinate Pivot’s external association/organization activities (e.g. membership, advertising, team participation, sponsorships)
  • Manage Pivot social media corporate marketing activities, including writing content
  • Analyze campaign results and present to all key stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets for all corporate marketing initiatives and business unit-specific programs
  • Deliver all marketing activity within approved budget
  • Serve as the main point of contact for managing logistics related to our industry association memberships and partnerships
  • Manage and coordinate activities associated with Pivot’s presence at events
  • Registration, pre- and post-event activities, event briefings, business development coordination for clients and potential clients, booth set up and tear down
  • Manage seamless event experiences, including creative booth concepts, tradeshow logistics and related marketing campaigns
