Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, customer service, sales, training or another related field
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the creation of the annual Pivot marketing plan
- Generate impactful content for multiple corporate marketing strategies, encompassing email outreach and other promotional platforms
- Manage and coordinate all activities and processes associated with implementing lead generation and content marketing campaigns
- Maintain corporate marketing processes and workflows
- Deliver concise updates on marketing campaigns to the appropriate Pivot team members
- Oversees and executes both internal and external communications strategies, including drafting and producing a variety of written materials
- Manage marketing section of HubSpot CRM
- Manage and coordinate Pivotβs external association/organization activities (e.g. membership, advertising, team participation, sponsorships)
- Manage Pivot social media corporate marketing activities, including writing content
- Analyze campaign results and present to all key stakeholders
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets for all corporate marketing initiatives and business unit-specific programs
- Deliver all marketing activity within approved budget
- Serve as the main point of contact for managing logistics related to our industry association memberships and partnerships
- Manage and coordinate activities associated with Pivotβs presence at events
- Registration, pre- and post-event activities, event briefings, business development coordination for clients and potential clients, booth set up and tear down
- Manage seamless event experiences, including creative booth concepts, tradeshow logistics and related marketing campaigns
