Summary

Reporting to the Corporate Legal Director, you will manage a portfolio of corporate legal work and contribute to cross-functional projects. This role requires experience in a startup environment and strong problem-solving skills. You will maintain US business licenses, support corporate governance, prepare board materials, and support strategic transactions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working at a law firm, venture-backed private company, public company, and/or company with international operations
  • Experience in one or more of: entity management, corporate governance, securities, compliance, financial reporting and filings
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and judgment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Lime’s US business licenses, state qualifications and annual reports
  • Support company processes related to corporate governance, subsidiary management, compliance, and financial reporting
  • Prepare various board and stockholder materials, including corporate approvals
  • Support equity and debt offerings, M&A, and other strategic transactions
  • Project manage and/or support on various special initiatives as needed
