Summary
Join Cartwheel, a technology-enabled mental health services startup, as a Corporate Recruiter. This full-time, remote position, based in the US and starting July/August 2025, involves full-cycle corporate recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, develop and execute recruitment strategies, utilize various sourcing methods, ensure a positive candidate experience, and promote diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate has at least two years of in-house corporate recruiting experience at an early-stage startup, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent
- In-house corporate recruitment experience at an early stage startup, required
- Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Cartwheel uses Greenhouse as our ATS and Gem as our sourcing and reporting platform, along with Indeed and LinkedIn as sourcing tools
Responsibilities
- Own full cycle corporate recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to advise and support their hiring needs
- Play a critical role in developing and executing Cartwheel's corporate recruitment strategy
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at an edtech and/or mental health startup, strongly preferred
- Technical recruiting proficiency, strongly preferred
