Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls from customers with regards to incorporation questions/queries
  • Responding to designated emails within company timescales
  • Assisting customers with completing ID check queries successfully
  • Performing transaction monitoring to identify, investigate and escalate suspicious transactions to Head Of Compliance
  • Keeping abreast of industry best practices
  • Streamlining our processes to provide an excellent Customer Experience journey
  • Making outbound calls and sending emails to customers to inform them to complete the necessary id checks and also provide additional information missing from applications
  • VAT/PAYE registrations with HMRC
  • Creating new applications for incorporation of a limited company
  • Assist the incorporation team with filings for customers with Companies House
  • Making amendments to existing limited companies when requested
