Requirements
- Sound Salesforce development and design skills
- Proficient in multiple DevOps tools and techniques and knowledgeable in infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Experience using Agile delivery methodology
- Advanced automation and scripting skills APEX, LWC/Aura, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Prior hands-on NetSuite, REST/SOAP API knowledge
- Ability to learn new programming languages easily
- Sound experience in team management and mentorship
- Sound experience with functional programming
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in a creative and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture, innovation, and automation for corporate services
- Technical planning and preparation: analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis
- Manage and coordinate technical teamwork and monitor processes in quality and performance
- Provide issue-solving recommendations and technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching other team members
- Establish integration paradigms and development standards
- Writing clean and testable code and integration tests
- Database design/implementations with SQL
- Conduct code reviews
- Participate in business requirements definition and documentation
