Summary

The job is a Technical Architect role at Spaulding Ridge, an advisory and IT implementation firm. Requirements

• Sound Salesforce development and design skills
• Proficient in multiple DevOps tools and techniques and knowledgeable in infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Experience using Agile delivery methodology
• Advanced automation and scripting skills APEX, LWC/Aura, JavaScript, Python, SQL
• Prior hands-on NetSuite, REST/SOAP API knowledge
• Ability to learn new programming languages easily
• Sound experience in team management and mentorship
• Sound experience with functional programming
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working in a creative and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture, innovation, and automation for corporate services
• Technical planning and preparation: analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis
• Manage and coordinate technical teamwork and monitor processes in quality and performance
• Provide issue-solving recommendations and technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching other team members
• Establish integration paradigms and development standards
• Writing clean and testable code and integration tests
• Database design/implementations with SQL
• Conduct code reviews
• Participate in business requirements definition and documentation
