Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a trusted advisor and business partner within the Operations team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams
- Manage all aspects of spending for the Wafer organization, including but not limited to, expense and capital management, rolling 8 quarter forecast, monthly re-commit, variance analysis, monthly close and management reporting
- Analyze financial results, trends, performance metrics, and provide variance/root cause analysis to support management investment decisions
- Prepare executive presentations to review results and forecasts with management and business partners
- Collaborate and Consolidate with operations to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly LOH and absorption review
- Focus on process enhancements, harmonization and continuous improvement
- Support ad hoc initiatives and business cases
