Requirements
- Require a graduate from any discipline
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas)
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines
- Basic communication skills (verbal & written)
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain ModMed software systems to ensure they function according to business and operational requirements—supporting efficiency, data integrity, and process compliance
- Create/Update System Configuration
- Manage/Provision/ System Access
- Coordinate with BOOST teams to review/update system setting
- Monitor external updates (payor guidelines, billing rules, etc) and recommend changes to system settings
- Take up any other projects assigned as per the requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 to 2 years of RCM experience will be preferred
