RCM Systems Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Require a graduate from any discipline
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Intermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, basic formulas)
• Fast and accurate typing speed
• Ability to follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines
• Basic communication skills (verbal & written)

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain ModMed software systems to ensure they function according to business and operational requirements—supporting efficiency, data integrity, and process compliance
• Create/Update System Configuration
• Manage/Provision/ System Access
• Coordinate with BOOST teams to review/update system setting
• Monitor external updates (payor guidelines, billing rules, etc) and recommend changes to system settings
• Take up any other projects assigned as per the requirements

Preferred Qualifications

1 to 2 years of RCM experience will be preferred
