Remote Counsel

Join our dynamic team as we seek a talented Counsel to work remotely/hybrid, providing practical solutions in eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.

Requirements

• At least ten (10) years of experience in Litigation, eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function
• At least ten (10) years of experience with drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and related litigation experience
• Knowledge of legal principles specifically on eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and be up to date with the existing and emerging law, legislation, and practice
• Admission to the bar in a least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC

Responsibilities

• Providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets
• Developing discovery plans, complying with best practices, implementing and leveraging discovery analytics and technology, managing the discovery process, and defending and resolving issues that arise during the course of discovery
