Requirements

• At least ten (10) years of experience
• Knowledge of legal principles specifically on eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy
• Admission to the bar in a least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC

Responsibilities

Drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and related litigation experience
