  • Understanding and appreciation of digital assets and how these are treated within the market, including appreciation for new regulations being introduced in France
  • Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle, Strategy formulation and flawless business execution
  • Knowledge of applying for regulatory licenses relevant to digital asset spot trading, derivatives and margin lending
  • Strong business acumen of the market, trends in digital assets and payments


  • Create and execute France market growth strategy, including license strategies and leading the delivery of end-to-end products in the market
  • Initiate market entry strategies, including applying for and obtaining the necessary regulatory licenses within the market for to be able to launch its full suite of products and services
  • Work with the legal, compliance and risk team to ensure products and support legal documents are fully compliant with all local regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular review on market trends and study competitor activities to identify opportunities, and ensure that remains competitive and drive the strategies to enable the company to be a market leader
  • Foster new relationships with stakeholders, such as banks, regulators and key commercial partners in France and understanding and working within the framework of new regulatory environments
  • Initiate product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment
