Creative Development Intern

Summary

Join Magnet Media as a Creative Development Intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic creative studio. This internship, running from January 20, 2025, to May 9, 2025, requires a three-day-a-week commitment and eligibility for college credit. Based in NYC but remote, you'll assist the creative team in various projects, including video, live events, podcasts, and social campaigns. You'll develop copy, contribute to presentations, and conduct research. The ideal candidate is pursuing a related degree and possesses strong communication and creative storytelling skills. Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in a related field, such as graphic design, communications, or media
• A passion for creative storytelling and visual communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and brainstorm with the creative team
• Must be eligible to receive college credit and work 3 days a week

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creative development of projects, including video, live events, podcasts, and social campaigns
• Write copy that flows with design and effectively communicates ideas to clients
• Contribute to creative presentations by incorporating copy and visuals
• Assist in conducting research for various client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Slides is a plus
• Familiarity with effective research methods
• Basic knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is a double plus!
