Summary
Join Envision Horizons as a Creative Director to lead and elevate creative initiatives, combining data-driven insights with innovative design strategies to enhance client outcomes on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. You will drive creative excellence through leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution, integrating AI tools into creative processes, and managing a diverse creative team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals and performance objectives. The role offers a competitive salary ($110k-$140k), a fully remote US-based position, and various benefits. You will be responsible for leading creative vision and strategy, integrating AI tools, overseeing development of Amazon-optimized assets, collaborating with teams to analyze performance data, mentoring a global team, and staying ahead of eCommerce trends. The position requires extensive experience in digital or performance marketing creative and proven success creating high-converting creative assets for eCommerce brands.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing creative, with at least 3 years in a leadership role helping to build high performing creative teams
- Proven success creating high-converting creative assets for eCommerce brands (Amazon experience strongly preferred)
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics, including seasonal trends, competitor benchmarking, and conversion optimization tactics
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Runway, etc.)
- Ability to translate business goals and performance metrics into effective creative strategies
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, customer psychology, and design best practices across static, video, and interactive formats
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills and demonstrated ability working cross functionally with advertising/media buying, data analytics, and product tea
- Fantastic portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative work
- Experience presenting creative concepts and performance results to clients or executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and strategy across all client accounts, ensuring alignment with performance goals and brand guidelines
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., generative image and copy tools, AI-powered testing platforms, etc.) into the creative development pipeline to boost efficiency and output
- Oversee development of Amazon-optimized assets, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, Sponsored Brands creatives, videos, and lifestyle imagery
- Collaborate with account and advertising teams to analyze performance data and continuously iterate on creative concepts
- Mentor and manage a global team of remote designers, copywriters, and content strategists to maintain high-quality standards and foster professional growth
- Stay ahead of eCommerce creative trends and innovations—particularly around AI and machine learning applications in creative production
- Maintain and elevate Envision Horizons’ internal brand and thought leadership presence by establishing and evolving creative standards, processes, and guidelines that ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution across all deliverables
- Drive creative strategy for enterprise level accounts, acting as the client facing leader for the creative team and facilitating smooth handoffs with Creative Strategists
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an agency or in-house for multiple consumer brands
- Knowledge of Amazon creative specifications and guidelines
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Amazon’s creative platforms (A+ builder, Stores, etc.)
- Passion for AI, automation, and innovation in marketing
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
