Responsibilities

• Extensive experience on client facing accounts, in a creative leadership role in an agency environment
• Recognized expertise in advertising, identity, or interactive design
• A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals—interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process—as well as new platforms and technologies for the digital channel and related media
• Proven ability to provide clear and concise creative direction, guide creative careers and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes
• Leadership. We need a CD who is capable of everything from team building to mentoring to guiding large and complex projects and unifying entire teams around a vision
• Recruitment. Actively identify and recruit top talent for current and future creative roles
• Impeccable presentation skills and communication abilities
• Must be able to prioritize work and resources across multiple large and small scale projects with short and long-term needs
