Join Rethink First, a leading behavioral health technology company, as their Senior Director of Brand & Creative. This high-impact role blends brand strategy, storytelling, and creative leadership to shape how the world perceives Rethink First. You will define and evolve the brand, lead its voice and messaging, build and manage content strategy, oversee creative talent, partner with various teams, manage creative operations, and use data to measure performance. Requirements
- 8+ years in brand, content, or creative leadership (healthcare, edtech, wellness, or mission-driven tech a plus)
- Experience building and scaling brand systems and creative teams
- Strong writing, storytelling, design and content strategy skills
- Hands-on creative direction across digital, print, and multimedia
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication chops
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Rethink First brand
- Lead brand voice, messaging, and identity across web, content, and marketing channels
- Build and manage content strategyโincluding blogs, whitepapers, email, case studies, and thought leadership
- Oversee in-house and freelance creative talent (designers, writers, video producers)
- Partner with product, marketing, and clinical teams to tell powerful, human-centered stories
- Manage creative operations, and agency relationships
- Use data to measure and improve brand and content performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B audiences
- Familiarity with behavioral health, Employer Benefits or educational content
- Portfolio showcasing brand or content transformation work
