Summary

Join WongDoody, a creative technology agency with a global presence, as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. This role focuses on driving performance marketing efforts for B2C and B2B clients in the DACH region. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing key channels, and consulting with clients and internal teams to improve marketing approaches and creative output. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating revenue through performance marketing and a strong understanding of digital trends, particularly in social media. You will lead and inspire a team of creatives, ensuring high creative quality and strategic consistency across all projects. This position offers flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation per year, and the opportunity to work with strong brands and clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of social media content for brands and companies on all relevant platforms, preferably in a typical digital agency environment or in a comparable senior creative role
  • Experience as a Creative Director in a agency (with focus on digital or social media) or as a social media team lead on the media or corporate side. Your portfolio demonstrates your conceptual and visual expertise and includes creative social-first highlights
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends — in digital culture and social media
  • Strong skills in ideation and presentation
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Proficiency in all common graphic tools and, above all, in the content production and supervision of moving image content
  • Experience with the creation of content using AI and preferably already applying it in your daily practice
  • Good knowledge of social media metrics and social media management
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, with the ability to evaluate content in English at a native level
  • Team player, open to discussions, flexible, and committed
  • Flexibility to travel when possible
  • Passion for driving innovation and unlocking new opportunities for brands in social media

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire an interdisciplinary team of creatives from art directors, motion designers to copywriters
  • Prepare and perform presentations internally and on-site at clients
  • Ensure the highest creative quality and strategic consistency in all projects
  • Collaborate closely with clients to transform their visions into outstanding creative concepts
  • Identify and implement new trends, technologies, experiences, and innovative approaches in the digital space, with a strong emphasis on social media
  • Work closely with our influencer marketing and social media management team
  • Develop and integrate advanced AI technologies into creative processes and social media strategies
