Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Great organization skills, methodical approach and meticulous eye for detail
  • A self-starter with a positive β€˜can do’ attitude
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders, making decisions where necessary and escalating problems or project blockers
  • A love for solving problems and dealing with challenges and changes
  • Collaborative and happy to work with a mix of roles and people
  • Confident negotiator, or an appetite to learn
  • Understanding of design specifications
  • Familiarity with design through a remote based environment co-working design and presentation tools including Figma, Slack, Loom
  • Experience of using software to support asset management and project management

Responsibilities

  • Creative Guidance: Providing creative input on content, ensuring coherence with all content, branding and messaging aligning to the campaign's mission and objectives, driving creative excellence, and ensuring high quality of creative assets
  • Process Design and Management: Monitoring, reviewing and filtering all creative briefs, designing and operationalising the process for each major creative format, tracking project timelines and deliverables, monitoring throughput of creative work
  • Operational Mindset and Measurement: Informed by a continuous improvement process to balance demand with supply across skillsets and commercial needs, proactively surfacing emerging (or future) supply/demand imbalances, enabling prioritisation discussions on a regular cadence, keeping an eye on key metrics
  • People and Organisational Leadership: Planning and monitoring resource to workflow, motivating, coaching and developing team members, seamlessly leveraging internal teams, freelancers, or agencies, effectively managing relationships of all forms

An existing network of freelancers/agencies/production partners would be beneficial
