You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to define and scale Alchemy's brand presence across all touchpoints. You'll work with top talent in a fast-paced, crypto-native environment, making a high-impact contribution to a leading Web3 brand. Your creative direction will reach millions, influencing both developers and mainstream audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand design, or creative direction at a top-tier agency, tech company, or crypto-native brand
  • Proven track record of leading brand strategy and high-impact creative campaigns
  • Deep expertise in digital-first brand experiences, motion design, and storytelling
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, motion graphics, video, and digital content
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and motion design
  • Strategic mindset —the ability to zoom out for brand vision and zoom in to execute details at the highest level
  • Understanding of crypto, internet-native culture, and Web3 trends—or a strong curiosity to learn

Responsibilities

  • Drive Alchemy’s brand evolution with a bold, strategic, and forward-thinking approach
  • Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, content, and experiences that elevate our brand
  • Develop narratives that resonate across digital, social, and product surfaces, ensuring Alchemy stays top-of-mind in Web3
  • Design and direct key brand initiatives, including marketing websites, social campaigns, events, swag, motion graphics, and video content (with motion/production contractor support)
  • Ensure a cohesive and high-quality brand presence across web, social, video, and product surfaces
  • Work closely with leadership, product marketing, and DevRel to align brand efforts with business goals
