Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house design team in a global tech company
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into creative workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing creative quality with operational efficiency
• Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high performing globally distributed team
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively
• A high degree of adaptability, curiosity and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI-driven creativity

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative development, workflow, and output quality of projects across diverse design fields, including branding, presentation, and ad creative
• Present creative work and strategic concepts to customers, building trust and showcasing innovation
• Provide creative direction and strategic insights, guiding your team to deliver impactful, high-quality designs for a wide range of global brands
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, scalability, and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer goals, tailoring AI-driven creative solutions to meet their specific needs
• Introduce and implement cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to elevate creative processes and enhance efficiency across projects
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning with a focus on AI integration
• Drive adoption of AI tools, offering training and support to the creative team to ensure seamless integration into workflows
