Summary

Join Superside as a Creative Lead and lead a team of video professionals in producing innovative content for high-profile clients like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Red Bull, and Shopify. You will guide creative video projects from brief to final delivery, manage a team of multidisciplinary creatives, present concepts to clients, mentor and upskill your team, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, champion new tools and techniques, monitor performance and resourcing needs, and foster a strong team culture. This role requires 3+ years of experience leading creative video teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment, a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video work, deep understanding of the video production process, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, experience working with global clients, excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for mentorship.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading creative video teams in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video work for global brands
  • Deep understanding of the full video production process, with hands-on expertise in at least one area (i.e. editing, concept development, cinematography)
  • Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially video tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience working with global, English-speaking customers in a fast-moving production context
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting and facilitating feedback sessions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and deliver top-quality processes and Ways of Working
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to new ideas, and a drive to constantly improve team performance
  • Passion for mentorship and building creative capabilities within a distributed team

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative video projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage

  • Champion new tools, techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Monitor performance, utilization, and resourcing needs to support department growth
