Join Airbnb's Creative Team as a Creative Lead, Copy and help shape the brand's messaging. This remote role, based in the US (PST hours), requires leading and creating best-in-class creative brand campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Leadership, Production Leads, Marketing Leadership, and Program Managers. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand-building experience, particularly with lifestyle brands. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing integrated advertising campaigns, evolving messaging strategies, fostering a collaborative environment, and defining campaign best practices. The role demands exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience leading global brand campaigns, preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio, and in-house experience
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating best-in-class campaign work
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-media campaigns
- Exceptional conceptual and brainstorming skills
- Experience collaborating closely with Brand Management teams. Ability to translate market research, data, and strategy to creative solutions
- Flexible, solutions-oriented, relentlessly optimistic and dependable
- Deeply strategic, from concepting through execution
- Exceptional communication skills—you can effectively communicate your creative decisions, and what you passed up and why
- Exceptional presentation skills—you can quickly bring anyone into your thinking, without overly explaining the simple stuff, and share an idea in a compelling and confident way
- Empathy for the customer, and empathy for individuals on a creative team

Responsibilities
- Lead and create best-in-class creative brand campaigns, conceptualization and execution of creative solutions alongside a Creative Lead, Art partner. This includes generating big creative ideas and executing work on their own
- Help evolve and innovate our creative messaging strategy in-market and represent the voice and tone of the Airbnb brand
- Foster a respectful and collaborative environment
- Define and develop campaign creative best practices to create compelling narratives
- Help ensure quality copy production and effective communication with creative teammates, agency partners, production companies, and external clients
