Join Client Accelerators as a Creative Strategist and lead the development of high-converting video ad concepts for top-tier brands across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will generate 30+ concepts per month, combining client research with creative ideation, and track performance to drive results. This isn't a typical agency role; it's data-backed and high-impact, allowing you to shape the creative direction of 7-8 figure businesses. You'll collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and designers, turning big ideas into scroll-stopping creatives. The role demands high performance, speed, and ownership, with success measured and celebrated. You'll receive support, mentorship, and resources to excel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
  • Portfolio of video ad concepts and campaigns that hit performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to move fast, iterate, and not take feedback personally
  • Proficiency in ad platforms (Meta/TikTok/YouTube) and creative trends
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams
  • Obsessed with testing, measuring, and optimizing

Responsibilities

  • Generate 30+ scroll-stopping creative concepts per client, per month
  • Maintain a 95% first-draft approval rate
  • Collaborate with the copywriting and design teams to bring ideas to life
  • Execute 80% of approved concepts within tight timelines (within 3 days of request)
  • Analyze creative performance weekly and provide optimization recommendations
  • Identify winning creatives within 7 days of launch
  • Deliver creative stats sheets and performance reports on time
  • Provide 3+ actionable insights per campaign analysis
  • Drive 15%+ improvement in performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) through optimizations
  • Research client industries, competitors, audiences, pain points, and objections
  • Identify 5 key trends each quarter across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Build and maintain structured testing frameworks and hypotheses
  • Ensure every campaign ties back to client objectives and brand voice
  • Manage funnel layout and creative flow for client ad journeys
  • Submit well-written, concept-driven script requests to copywriters
  • Replace bottom 25% of underperforming creatives every 14 days
  • Maintain a 20% win rate on launched creative concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with info-product, coaching, or eComm brands
  • Know how to translate quantitative performance data into qualitative creative insights
  • Use tools like Figma, Motion, or ad-level analytics platforms
  • Have built creative testing frameworks or creative performance libraries
