Join Client Accelerators as a Senior Creative Strategist and lead a high-performing creative team, driving massive ROI for top-tier clients across various platforms. You will be responsible for creative ideation and performance, ensuring consistent exceeding of projected CPAs and generating scalable winning campaigns. Manage a team of videographers, designers, and copywriters, overseeing the entire creative cycle. This role demands hitting KPIs, mentoring creative talent, and leading breakthrough campaigns. The position offers a remote work environment (US or International), a base salary of $70,000โ$80,000, and an OTE of $90,000โ$100,000. Client Accelerators is a fast-growing advertising agency with a proven track record of success.
Requirements
- 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
- Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers)
- Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs
Responsibilities
- Own monthly projections for creative concepts and ensure 95%+ of forecasted concepts are fully ideated, scripted, and launched at or under the $175 target cost per concept
- Lead creative brainstorming to turn client insights into breakthrough ad ideas that convert
- Maintain a 20% win rate across all new creative concepts launched monthly (defined as beating or meeting target CPA)
- Ensure 50% of testing winners become winners at scale across high-budget campaigns
- Lead a team of copywriters, videographers, and designersโensuring 90% of team members hit their monthly KPIs (e.g., script win rate, asset volume, revision rate)
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide coaching, and escalate underperformance within 48 hours to the Creative Lead
- Report weekly performance metrics via Slack by 9:30 AM ET every Monday
- Collaborate with media buyers and account managers to align creative strategy with client goals and performance data
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams
- Have experience working with info-product, coaching, or eComm brands
- Know how to translate quantitative performance data into qualitative creative insights
- Use tools like Figma, Motion, or ad-level analytics platforms
- Have built creative testing frameworks or creative performance libraries
