Summary
Join Liftoff's Creative Studio team as a Creative Strategist and develop data-informed creative solutions for high-value customers. Collaborate with Revenue, Creative, and Analytics teams to craft bespoke strategies aligning with customer goals and Liftoff's objectives. Manage high-touch creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring measurable commercial acceleration. Report on creative trends, identify growth opportunities, and build practices supporting innovation and efficiency for premium accounts. This role requires strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, along with experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising. The position offers full-time remote work options in several US states and a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising
- Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning
- Robust project management and prioritization skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments
Responsibilities
- Develop effective creative strategies tailored to premium customer goals and Liftoff's commercial objectives
- Deliver quarterly planning for creative campaigns, including milestone setting and creative goal alignment
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate high-impact creative concepts that address customer-specific needs
- Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy using Looker and other internal tools
- Build and maintain solid relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted creative advisor
- Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy with broader account strategies
- Design narratives and presentations to successfully showcase creative insights, trends, and strategies through visual and verbal communication
- Proactively manage customer and internal expectations through regular updates and high-touch touchpoints
- Leverage internal resources and documentation to improve transparency and alignment
- Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns
- Demonstrate well-developed organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Identify areas for process improvement or tooling and provide mindful recommendations
- Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing that support the rollout of successful premium strategies
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
- Share insights, case studies, and customer wins with the broader team to foster best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to internal enablement efforts

- Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence
- Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience
- SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County: $85,000 to $100,000 plus bonus
- Seattle/Olympia, Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston: $78,200 to $92,000 plus bonus
- All other cities and towns in our approved states: $72,250 to $85,000 plus bonus
