Join Felix, a leading digital healthcare company, as a Creative Strategist to lead creative efforts in performance marketing. You will generate innovative ideas and formats for growth advertising, lead creative brainstorming sessions, and craft detailed briefs for new ad concepts. Manage the creative production process from brief to final delivery, leveraging AI tools and managing freelance designers. Develop a comprehensive testing roadmap for new creative concepts, ensuring data-driven innovation, and stay updated on consumer and industry trends. Contribute to developing new creative concepts that drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative production environment, either managing a creative team or collaborating closely with them
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with performance metrics and performance funnels across platforms
  • You have tools and strategies to support briefing creatives and manage the production process effectively, and to stay organized while juggling multiple work streams and creative sprints
  • Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CAC targets
  • You have your finger on the pulse of culture, consumer trends, AI, and innovation within the realm of marketing
  • You aren’t afraid to write copy or make design suggestions to help out the team when needed
  • You have a deep understanding of performance marketing
  • You have an obsession with finding what it takes to make a winning ad

Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain a strong pipeline of creative testing across digital marketing channels
  • Lead creative brainstorms, facilitate engaging discussions with the broader team to generate actionable insights or pain points for creative ideation by leveraging or rebuilding our current ideation process as you see fit
  • Manage the production process end-to-end from brief to feedback revisions, to final delivery, ensuring a high level of quality is achieved at a consistent pace
  • Leverage AI tools to scale exploits and to be hands-on with briefing, designing and exporting ads
  • Own UGC creative process from sourcing talent for production to overseeing the development of compelling scripts, to final delivery. Work closely with growth managers and ACD to maintain timelines and quality
  • Manage freelance designers, motion designers, and video editors, and keep remote team members accountable and on track throughout the production process
  • Develop and own a comprehensive testing roadmap for new creative concepts, ensuring a continuous cycle of data-driven innovation
  • Remain attuned to consumer and industry trends across our category and paid social marketing as a whole to be able to remain at the forefront of creative innovation
  • Be a key contributor and leader in developing new creative concepts that ultimately drive the business forward
