Requirements
- Ability to generate innovative, impactful, and topical creative ideas across various platforms and formats (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance data, market & media trends, and A/B test results to drive creative decision-making and improve ad performance
- A growth mindset, constantly analyzing how our clients can develop engaging campaigns and content across all audiences
- An ability to persuasively communicate strategic insights to clients and internal teams
- Team player who can manage multiple projects while maintaining a collaborative spirit
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple clients, balancing creative priorities and maintaining consistent, high-quality delivery
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven creative campaigns
- Strong understanding and experience with Facebook Ads manager
- Proficiency in Monday.com, Google Suite, and Motion
- Flexible, Self-Motivated, Diligent, and Collaborative Β to navigate and thrive in a startup environment
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance-driven creative and messaging strategies across digital channels (e.g., FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc) for multiple clients
- Act as the creative lead in client and internal meetings to present and discuss creative concepts, ad performance, and optimization strategies
- Pitch testing strategies, provide overall creative direction, create and finetune concepts, and give feedback on scripts and final deliverables
- Work with 3β4 clients at any given time, maintaining an in-depth understanding of each clientβs unique goals, brand guidelines, and marketing strategies
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to provide valuable insights that help shape the creative strategy and improve campaign performance
- Utilize data insights, performance metrics, and market feedback to continuously refine and optimize creative campaigns for maximum impact and engagement with ad iterations
