Requirements

• Have extensive experience in conceiving creative social media campaigns (e.g., as an art director or creative strategist) and ideally have first-hand experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS
• Have a growth mindset, feel strongly connected to the startup mentality, and be eager to take on new challenges
• Understand complex issues and enjoy transferring yourself into different people to create convincing advertising texts, where your excellent German language skills and good English language skills will help you

Responsibilities

• Conduct target audience analyses for our clients
• Develop creative concepts and execute successful marketing strategies
• Conduct trend analyses and monitor platform usage on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create storylines and user argumentation chains for LinkedIn, Facebook, display, and YouTube ad campaigns
• Develop campaigns with psychologically smart customer journeys that perfectly capture users' attention, persuade them, and lead to conversion
• Collaborate with the creative and performance department to enhance customer experience and bring data-driven performance marketing and sales psychology together
• Write top-notch copies for our clients and implement them in a target group-oriented manner
