Summary

Join Whop as an Account Executive and drive the expansion of our seller base. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding, exceeding sales targets by becoming a go-to expert for SMBs. Responsibilities include sourcing and prospecting sellers, leading sales calls, closing deals, collaborating with product leads, and partnering with onboarded sellers to expand our network. The first 90 days involve progressively increasing sales targets, demonstrating rapid learning and performance. Whop offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, OTE, equity, and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of Whop's supply by acquiring and nurturing new sellers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding leads to have sellers process their first $1 on Whop
  • Exceed your sales target
  • Become the go-to expert on how SMBs, primarily sellers with an online presence, can scale their business with Whop
  • Source and prospect sellers, securing onboarding calls
  • Lead sales calls with sellers, primarily over video (sometimes IRL), overcoming objections and effectively communicating Whop's value props
  • Closing sellers, ultimately onboarding them onto the platform, and getting them to earn their first #1 on Whop
  • Collab with internal product leads to ensure we're building the right product to help support your ability to onboard more sellers
  • Partnering with sellers you close to onboard more sellers from their network
  • Within 30 days, you will understand the sales cycle end to end and will have closed at least 10 creators
  • Within 60 days, you will have hit 20% of your quota
  • Within 90 days, you will have hit 40% of your quota and be fully ramped up
