Summary

Join Goodnotes' Growth Marketing team as a CRM Platform Manager, responsible for the technical operations and strategic enablement of large-scale CRM campaigns. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, build and maintain scalable segmentation logic, contribute to the CRM tech roadmap, design and implement A/B testing frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure CRM processes comply with data policies. This role requires 5+ years of experience with enterprise CRM platforms and a strong understanding of user data flows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with SQL, JSON, and API documentation. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working hands-on with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), preferably in a product-driven or subscription-based environment
  • Proven experience managing CRM platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-to-end implementation of new features or use cases
  • Strong understanding of user data flows, event tracking, identity management, and how CRM integrates with data warehouses or CDPs
  • Comfortable with tools such as SQL, JSON, API documentation, and campaign logic (e.g., triggers, delays, conditions)
  • Experience working with Engineering and Product teams on data instrumentation, system scalability, and experimentation infrastructure
  • Ability to think proactively about CRM tooling needs and advocate for platform improvements that enable better campaign outcomes and user personalization

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM platform, including user data ingestion, custom event tracking, campaign orchestration, and platform hygiene
  • Build and maintain scalable segmentation logic to enable personalized messaging across millions of users. Ensure CRM systems can support high-complexity audience rules with reliability and performance
  • Contribute to the CRM tech roadmap by evaluating and onboarding new features, proposing optimizations, and planning infrastructure improvements to unlock future campaign capabilities and better user insights
  • Design and implement frameworks that enable precise A/B testing and holdouts across CRM channels. Partner with lifecycle and product marketers to ensure technical accuracy and clean measurement
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to maintain and evolve CRM system architecture β€” from user attribute pipelines to event instrumentation and cross-platform integration
  • Ensure all CRM processes and data usage comply with relevant privacy, security, and data handling policies
