Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment
  • Candidates must have prior experience working with subscription-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Proven experience in people management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs
  • Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns
  • Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development
  • Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy
  • Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement
  • Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company’s reputation as an industry leader
