Summary
Join DEPT®'s Experience & Technology team as a Conversion Optimisation Team Lead. Drive the CRO team to significantly impact client projects. Act as a client advisor, guiding them from operational optimization to strategic redesigns. Build and mentor the CRO team, participate in pitches, and develop new service offerings. Leverage data analysis and industry trends to advise on optimization strategies. Conduct hands-on CRO work, including problem identification, idea validation, and A/B testing. Identify key conversion points and create roadmaps for A/B and personalization tests to boost conversion rates.
Requirements
- Be an entrepreneurial person that is keen to build and bring our CRO team to the next maturity level
- Have an intrinsic drive to constantly make things better, more efficient or more effective
- Possess people skills and be a coach and advisor to the team members and strategic partner for management
- Have agency mindset and experience; know how to initiate improvements and new approaches within client teams
- Have at least 5+ years experience in conversion rate optimisation, UX and/or the psychology behind digital interfaces
- Have experience with a couple of most used Analytics and CRO tooling (among others; GA4, ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, Convert, VWO, ABtasty, Airtable, etc)
- Bring solid communication and presentation skills and feel comfortable interacting with various interdisciplinary stakeholders, both internally and at the client
- Be one of those ambitious people who can switch from serious to play in a heartbeat
Responsibilities
- Act as an adviser for our clients from operational optimisation workstreams towards strategic and data-driven (re)design projects
- Build and guide our CRO team, as part of our UX design department
- Join and run (CRO) pitches and create new CRO service offerings for our existing clients
- Provide our clients, (UX) teams and CRO colleagues with proper advice on which optimisation steps to take based on data analysis, experience and upcoming trends/innovations
- Experienced with the hands-on CRO work and map out problems and opportunities based on data, validate ideas through qualitative and quantitative research and (AB)test the best possible solutions
- Improve the overall conversion rates across a number of our key clients’ websites together with our design and development teams
- Identify a website’s key conversion points and build a roadmap of A/B and personalisation tests to increase conversion rates further
