Cro Specialist

Summary

Join Fella & Delilah as their Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist and play a pivotal role in boosting the success of their Delilah brand. You will collaborate closely with the Growth PM, Head of Growth, Engineering, and design teams to enhance on-site conversion. Your responsibilities include auditing funnels, designing solutions using Figma, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and analyzing results. Over time, you will expand your role to optimize the entire customer journey. This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Head of Growth, with close collaboration with the Lead Designer and CEO. The company offers a competitive salary, equity, and various benefits.

Requirements

• Testing Expertise: 3+ years designing and implementing optimization tests that lift conversion rates. Strong grasp of statistics and analytics
• Can create easy to understand wireframes: Experience with Figma or similar tools to prototype and communicate test concepts for the design team
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficient in implementing A/B tests via web platforms. Strong grasp of statistics and analytics. Able to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to identify high-impact opportunities and translate data insights into actionable design solutions
• Cross-functional Leadership: Track record of successfully collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive results

Responsibilities

• Optimize core conversions
• Audit: Analyze site analytics to identify major conversion rate opportunities across funnels. Create comprehensive optimization roadmap
• Design: Develop basic wireframes and prototype solutions using Figma (or similar) for testing hypotheses and improving user flows
• Test: Execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance page layouts, copy, and CTAs for improved conversion rates
• Analyze: Evaluate results, quantify improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement winning variants
• Refine analytics & reporting - Strengthen tracking systems, build testing pipelines, and create dashboards that showcase optimization insights
• Scale Optimization Program - Expand testing across the full customer journey: ads, email, and product flows to impact core KPIs including CAC & LTV

Preferred Qualifications

• Full Funnel Experience: Background in optimizing across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention stages
• Communication Excellence: Skilled at presenting complex data through compelling narratives and visualization
• Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguous environments, effectively prioritizing opportunities and pivoting strategies as needed
• Team Leadership: Experience managing optimization teams (in-house or agency) with strong mentoring capabilities
