Requirements
- B2B Email Marketing & Automation – Strong experience in B2B email marketing, including campaign creation, automation workflows, and best practices for lead generation (HubSpot expertise preferred)
- Audience Segmentation & Personalization – Ability to segment lists, tailor messaging for different personas (ABM), and optimize content for targeted outreach
- Copywriting & Communication – Strong writing skills to craft compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs that drive engagement
- Data Analysis & Optimization – Experience with A/B testing, tracking key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions), and making data-driven decisions
- Collaboration & Project Management – Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and execute campaigns efficiently
Responsibilities
- Create and Execute Email Marketing Campaigns – Develop, manage, and optimize B2B email campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing goals
- Write Compelling and Persuasive Email Copy – Craft high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, tailored for different audience segments
- Segment and Personalize Outreach (ABM) – Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists, personalize messaging, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for maximum impact
- Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance – Track key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine campaigns based on performance data
- Collaborate with Sales and Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging consistency, lead nurturing, and seamless integration of email marketing efforts into the overall demand generation strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services Marketing – Familiarity with the financial services industry and its audience, including compliance considerations for email marketing
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Knowledge of strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel and optimize email campaigns for higher conversion rates
- Familiarity with Website Analytics & SEO – Experience with tools like Google Analytics to track email-driven traffic and integrate email marketing with broader digital strategies
