Summary

Join our team as a C-Suite Administrative Support professional and provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and other C-suite executives. You will manage schedules, communications, and confidential projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking. Responsibilities include calendar management, communication management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and project assistance. A minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or high-profile environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, and video conferencing platforms
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to troubleshooting and decision-making
  • Show a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings, board meetings, and other critical engagements
  • Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other executive-level materials
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist in the execution of key business initiatives and special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Plan and execute corporate events, team-building activities, and off-site meetings as needed
  • Oversee executive expense reports and budget tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and communication
