Summary

Join PandaDoc's Data Team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge insights infrastructure. As a GTM Analyst, you will report to the Director of Data Analytics and play a key role in shaping data workstreams and sales funnel optimization. The team's priorities include migrating to a new infrastructure (Snowflake, Airbyte, Segment, Select Star, Monte Carlo, dbt, various BI tools) and generating impact by using data to address key business opportunities and problems. You will analyze data, collaborate with sales leaders, create reports and dashboards, define funnel optimization opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 2+ years of experience in a GTM/sales/marketing analyst role (preferably in SaaS), strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. The annual OTE for this role is between $120,000-$150,000.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree ideally in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, etc)
  • 2+ years of experience in a GTM/sales/marketing analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and analytic bias
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in with a wide variety of technical abilities and levels of leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences

Responsibilities

  • Analyze firmographic and conversion data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for initiatives
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assist in defining funnel optimization opportunities and customer stories based on data-driven insights
  • Contribute to foundational data efforts, such as metric and model definition
  • Grow impactful relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Present findings from research and experimentation to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have worked for a B2B startup in the past
  • Have proficiency in Python/R for modeling and manipulating large datasets
