Summary

Join We Are Rosie's In-House Agency as a Custom Creative Support Specialist & Project Coordinator! This remote, full-time contract role (through 12/31/25, with potential extension) offers a $40/hour rate. You'll be the first point of contact for custom creative submissions, providing brand-aligned feedback and support to Operators, RMDs, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing creative assets, managing projects using Workfront, tracking submission trends, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, along with a strategic mindset and 3+ years of agency experience. This role blends creative insight with project coordination and requires a service-oriented approach.

  • Should be confident reviewing creative for brand alignment, with a solid understanding of brand standards and typography
  • Must be able to interpret data and insights to help inform creative and communication strategies

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Custom Creative inbox, responding to Operators, Restaurant Marketing Directors, and stakeholders in a timely and helpful way
  • Review a wide range of creative submissions (e.g., vehicle wraps, premium items, font requests) and provide brand-aligned feedback within 24–48 hours
  • Approve customizable templates in The Studio (internal Digital Asset Management platform), including giveaways, logos, billboards, and Commercial Delivery Vehicles (CDVs)
  • Provide feedback and support for promotions and local campaigns
  • Track submission trends, gather insights, and share learnings to improve field communications and creative alignment
  • Support regular field communications, including newsletters and MAP Briefs
  • Experience with project management, this role will include managing timelines and deliverables for local marketing and Studio projects using our internal project management tool, Workfront
  • Help manage timelines and project flow for local marketing and Studio projects
  • Proactively escalate complex or strategic submissions to the appropriate teams
  • Join Regional Marketing Director calls to align feedback and ensure messaging is consistent with the Brand

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with field or Restaurant operations is a plus, but not required
