Requirements

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in direct sales
  • Have experience in the fintech space
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess an innate ability for organization and structure, such that these skills come as second nature to you
  • Have exceptional skills and proficiency in CRM and tools (like Pipedrive and Apollo), and showcase a solid ability to manage and optimize these platforms to their full potential
  • Enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment, you demonstrate flexibility in completing priorities
  • Have a good understanding of the sales process and an ability to drive conversations with customers
  • Have a strong command of the English language. Arabic is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of our inbound sales queue, efficiently handling incoming inquiries from potential customers
  • Promptly respond to inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone, email or CRM tools
  • Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline CRM systems, including Pipedrive and Apollo
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business and specific needs
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings
  • Assume responsibility for meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of Mamo’s product offerings, enabling you to tailor solutions to match the unique requirements of potential customers
  • Utilize your strong sales skills to guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing any objections or concerns
  • Lead the inbound sales process from beginning to end with a consultative approach leveraging Mamo’s Sales Playbook
  • Utilize Mamo’s comprehensive suite of products to identify and provide customers with the best opportunities
  • Share insights from customer engagements with the product team and sales leadership
  • Help collect and screen documentation from prospective customers in coordination with the compliance team
