Summary

Join Encoura as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and contribute to our organizational growth. Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent in technology and business roles. You will own talent acquisition pipelines, develop recruiting strategies, utilize our ATS (Lever), and build strong candidate relationships. This full-time, salaried position reports to the Manager, Talent and offers opportunities for professional growth and development within the first six months. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience equivalent to at least 3 years of full cycle recruiting for technology and business positions
  • Strong networking skills that enable you to build a consistent and sustainable pipeline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that reflect a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multitasking environment
  • Passionate about creating a high-level candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage talent acquisition pipelines including conducting recruiting kickoff and debrief meetings, crafting job descriptions, as well as screening and interviewing candidates for both technology and business roles
  • Work cross functionally with various hiring managers to understand the qualities of an ideal candidate and mentor them through the hiring process
  • Develop and implement strategies that will drive the overall talent acquisition process
  • Use our ATS (Lever) to track and report recruiting metrics
  • Utilize multiple network and candidate searching skills to find well-suited candidates
