Requirements

  • Experience in support/customer service (Western markets) or a willingness to switch to IT (experience communicating with native speakers)
  • Willingness to communicate in English, both in chats and by phone (advanced level)
  • Multitasking, quick adaptation, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Live-chat with clients and tutors, resolving requests online during shifts
  • Process tickets: review inquiries and find solutions
  • Make proactive calls: contact clients to resolve problematic issues
  • Matching: Select a relevant tutor on the platform based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with CRM, Desk systems, and Omnichannel
