Summary

The Customer Care Representative will assist and resolve customer inquiries on various contact channels while maintaining exceptional service. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 1+ years of customer service experience or previous exposure to a call center environment, preferably in e-commerce customer service or luxury/beauty brands.

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of customer service experience or previous exposure to a call center environment, preferably in e-commerce customer service or luxury/beauty brands

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Service support: Engage and develop relationships with customers by providing exemplary customer service, process customer orders, answer requests or complaints, actively listen to clients, promote additional products, manage customer expectations, handle customer concerns, keep accurate records, conduct outbound calling, assist customers via online community chat and via social media
• Call Center Operations: Identify and report issues affecting the customer experience, propose new questions for online self-service FAQs and new email templates, complete operational processes, resolve field complaints, collaborate with fulfillment teams
