Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Marketing and/or Customer Advocacy, with a strong preference for SaaS and B2B experience
  • Proven ability to create compelling customer success stories and marketing campaigns
  • Skilled in effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers
  • Ability to see beyond day-to-day activities, contributing to marketing and sales goals
  • Passion for understanding and serving customers
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-starter, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer marketing strategy
  • Segment the customer base and develop tailored communication strategies
  • Oversee content development, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and customer testimonials
  • Implement integrated communication approaches across various channels
  • Bring customer stories to life by defining and owning the process of capturing success stories
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to develop strategies that enhance customer advocacy and loyalty
  • Establish a strong partnership with the Product team to gain insights into customer usage, preferences, and challenges
