Summary
Join lastminute.com, a European Travel-Tech leader, as a Customer Data Analyst in Lisbon or remotely within Portugal. You will be a key member of the Data Analytics team, leveraging your analytical skills to produce actionable insights and improve customer experience. This permanent, full-time position (36 hours/week) involves data analysis, reporting, identifying trends, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting findings. You will work closely with Data Engineers and other analysts on cross-domain projects. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and proficiency in English.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Good knowledge of data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Looker, Power BI
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Data extraction, analysis and reporting, in order to drive performance insights and support business decisions
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns to optimise business performance
- Works closely with internal stakeholders in order to identify and prioritise business needs and opportunities
- Explores and proactively propose new product and business opportunities
- Communicates and presents results, insights and recommendations to all levels of the company, clearly and concisely
- Cooperate with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects, to identify and exploit synergies and to preserve/improve governance on data and on business knowledge
- Closely partner with Data Engineers to identify data needs and support the data quality of the deliverables

- Ability to influence decision makers through presentations of analysis
- Familiarity with digital and ecommerce business
- Previous experience in the travel industry
- Experience in building pipelines and data models
