  • Corporate connoisseur: You have extensive experience working with large enterprises, navigating complex organizational structures, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Expert project juggler: You thrive in dynamic environments, juggling multiple projects at once with great attention to detail
  • Customer success expert: You have experience in Customer Success roles within SaaS companies offering complex and impactful products
  • Industry insider: You are knowledgeable in procurement, supply chain management, business processes, or finance. Previous experience in negotiating agreements is a plus
  • Tech savvy: You are proficient with technology and eager to learn new tools and systems
  • Location: You are based in the EU and eligible to work here
  • Required experience: You have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the success of your clients with Pactum, ensuring they achieve their organizational goals and maximize the productโ€™s value
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the clientโ€™s organization, working closely with Account Executives to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead engagements from implementation through the entire customer lifecycle, setting and managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of initiatives
  • Drive product usage and engagement through regular interactions with stakeholders and end-users
  • Gain a deep understanding of the clientโ€™s business, including their procurement tech stack and operational processes
  • Ensure a continuous feedback loop to the Product team to drive improvements and enhancements
  • Lead small cross-functional project teams during deployment and live stages, making daily decisions to ensure project success
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on the status of various client initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver the best possible negotiation solutions
