As the primary point of contact for customer projects, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and lead teams to successfully deliver project scope on budget and to client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional and project leadership experience
  • 10-12 years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role with ServiceNow (professional services experience preferred)
  • Project estimation experience and Budget Management
  • Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environments
  • Strong history of problem solving
  • Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions
  • Eligible to work FT for any employer in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and reiterate Thirdera's unique approach to fulfilling our client commitments
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate, manage and ensure completion of all project tasks
  • Lead status calls, project meetings, and other client and stakeholder meetings to ensure project outcomes are successfully delivered
  • Establish customer requirement agreements
  • Prepare deliverables
  • Lead teams to successfully deliver project scope on budget and to client satisfaction
