You will guide our clients through the onboarding process and maintain a strong relationship with them post-implementation to ensure continued success and satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the success of your clients with Pactum, ensuring they achieve their organizational goals and maximize the product’s value
• Serve as the primary point of contact within the client’s organization, working closely with Account Executives to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead engagements from implementation through the entire customer lifecycle, setting and managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of initiatives
• Drive product usage and engagement through regular interactions with stakeholders and end-users
• Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, including their procurement tech stack and operational processes
• Ensure a continuous feedback loop to the Product team to drive improvements and enhancements
• Lead small cross-functional project teams during deployment and live stages, making daily decisions to ensure project success
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on the status of various client initiatives
• Work closely with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver the best possible negotiation solutions
