Summary

Join our team at C.A. Fortune as a Sr. Engagement Manager and lead national top client partnerships, manage business reviews, develop KPI's, and provide recommendations in a fully remote role with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • 6+ years CPG industry sales and category management experience required
  • Must have experience working with executives (VP’s & above)
  • Strong presentation, communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Must demonstrate sales planning, forecasting and sales execution experience
  • Aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and functional groups
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; problem solver; well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, present data – SPINS, Nielsen, IRI
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or similar industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management nationally for top C.A. Fortune client partnerships
  • Be a strategic leader - analyze and track macro level trends for client’s book of business providing recommendations, action items and consultative advice as a CPG expert
  • Identify and build leads for existing client partnership expansion opportunities
  • Key point of contact for internal relationships with account personnel including top management, retail, accounting, branding, operations, logistics and finance
  • Advise clients on channel goals, marketing strategy and retail execution
  • Revenue forecast management - Deliver budgeted revenue while maintaining expenses
  • Develop and track KPI’s to ensure mutual partnership success - This includes but not exclusive to goals related to sales, distribution, pricing, shelving placement, promotional volume and promotional spend management
  • Takes a proactive approach to managing the client’s business that anticipates its needs and provides solutions
  • Present and lead ad hoc business reviews for assigned clients
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and participate in new business presentations and lead follow-ups
