Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, or as an operator at a tech scale-up
  • Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, funnel optimisation, and user acquisition strategies
  • A bias for action, with the ability to drive high-velocity experimentation and ship quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you’re comfortable presenting strategies and outcomes to customers and executives
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; you don’t wait for permission to make things better
  • Genuine interest in gaming and/or Web3—you’ll be working closely at the intersection of both

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth strategies with Immutable’s gaming customers to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Lead Web3-native growth experiments, leveraging airdrops, digital assets, and community-driven narratives to drive outcomes
  • Build and optimise performance marketing funnels (landing pages, CTAs, user flows) across channels like Google, X, Meta, TikTok, and more
  • Develop repeatable, scalable growth products that can be deployed across multiple customers and use cases
  • Partner with delivery and technical leads to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns and product activations
  • Use data and experimentation to identify new growth levers, validate hypotheses, and maximise ROI across all initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in gaming, game publishing, or adjacent industries
  • Prior exposure to Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects
  • Familiarity with blockchain-native growth strategies and community marketing dynamics
