  • Providing support to Hokodoโ€™s customers
  • Responding to requests for support within agreed SLAs via email and chat
  • Proactively solving customersโ€™ problems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our processes
  • Conducting manual fraud reviews

Preferred Qualifications

  • Confidence using web-based applications, systems and tools
  • Fluency in another European language, especially French or German
